You can find us right near the Devi Temple, off the Chottanikkara Mulanthuruthy Road. Dr Padiar Memorial Homeopathic Medical College has been a part of this community in Chottanikkara for quite a while now. The area has a certain feel to it, especially being so close to the temple. You get the smell of incense and the sound of bells every now and then, which makes for a pretty calm environment to work in. Our buildings are a bit older, and the paint might be peeling in a few spots, but it feels like home to those of us who spend our days here. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets or a corporate office vibe. Instead, we have wooden benches, big windows that let in the breeze, and a lot of books. Walking to the college from the main road takes a few minutes, and it’s a nice little walk past the local shops. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we see each other at the market too. We focus on homeopathy and teaching the students what we know. It’s not a fast-paced life, but it’s meaningful to us. Chottanikkara is a special place, and we are glad to be tucked away on the Mulanthuruthy Road. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done, day in and day out, without making a scene about it.
