Cochin is always busy, and our spot here at Ravipuram Junction is no different. Divine College Management Studies is tucked away in the Aviswabhrathi Building on MG Road. If you know this part of Ernakulam, you know how much traffic passes by every single day. We’ve been operating from this No. 39/4762-A address for a while now. The building has that typical Kerala commercial look to it. Inside, it’s mostly just students coming in and out for their management classes. There isn't anything fancy about the hallways or the desks, but they serve the purpose. Most of us here spend the morning getting things ready before the first batch arrives. You can hear the buses honking outside through the windows sometimes. It’s a practical place to be because the junction is right there, making it easy for people to reach us by bus or train. We focus on getting through the syllabus and helping the young people who come through these doors. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the lift is sometimes a bit slow, but that’s just how it is in an old building like this one. We don’t have a big fancy campus, just these rooms in the heart of the city. It feels like a real part of the local life here in 682016, with the tea shops nearby and the rain coming down hard during the monsoon months. We just stay busy and keep the place running as best as we can.
