Cherian & Jose Associates

Our office is located in the Manjooran Buildings on R.S. Road. To be more specific, we are in Manjooran House, which you find by going down Asan Lane. It’s an old-fashioned kind of place, and we’ve kept it that way for the most part. Cherian & Jose Associates has been around for a bit, and we mostly handle the kind of paperwork and consulting that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. R.S. Road is usually jammed with cars, so we appreciate the relative quiet once you turn into Asan Lane. The office has high ceilings and large windows that let in a bit of a breeze if the weather is right. We have several old wooden desks and filing cabinets that are completely stuffed with folders from over the years. We spend a lot of time meeting with people who need advice or help with their documents. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of writing. Sometimes we have to go out to the courts or other offices, so the place might be empty for a few hours. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our sign on the road for years. It’s just a traditional practice where we focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful.
