We’ve been operating out of Panampilly Nagar for quite some time now, and honestly, the neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved into Post Box No 4260. It used to be a bit quieter, but now there’s always something going on outside our doors. Being a group of companies means things can get a little messy at times with so many different departments and people running around. Our office isn't one of those shiny new buildings you see in the magazines; it’s more of a practical space where we can actually get things done without worrying about scratching the floors. We have a lot of files piled up and the coffee machine is usually on its last legs, but it works for us. Most of the staff have been with us for years, so we’re more like a bunch of neighbors than anything else. We don’t really do the whole corporate mission statement thing because we’re too busy making sure the day-to-day stuff is handled properly. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it's oddly quiet, which is just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood because it’s central and people know where to find us. It’s not always easy keeping everything organized when you’ve got so many moving parts, but we manage to stay on top of it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be fair with everyone we deal with.
