A & R Industries

A & R Industries is based out in Kacheripady, over in the Cheranelloor area. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the city center, but we keep the workshop humming most days. We focus on industrial work, making things and fixing parts that other businesses need to keep their own operations going. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings or bits of grease because that is just the nature of the work we do. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers. It is just a handful of us who know how to handle the machinery. Most of our day is spent listening to the sound of drills and saws. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes it hard to get things moved around the yard, but we just put on our boots and get on with it. We have been in this location for a while now, and the locals know the sound of our shop opening up in the morning. We don't spend money on big signs or advertisements. Most people find us because someone else told them we could get the job done without any fuss. It is a practical place. We have our coffee together in the morning and then we start on the orders. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs and making sure the pieces fit like they should before they go out. We just try to get through the work list before the weekend starts and everything shuts down for a bit.
