Fhala Farmers Producer Company Limited

Fhala Farmers is based in the Tangellamudi area of Eluru, specifically over in Chandra Gupta Colony. Our address is 16A-16/1-73, right near the Kandrikagudem Center. We are a collection of farmers from around the West Godavari region who wanted a central place to manage our collective efforts. Eluru is a busy place, and being based here helps us stay close to the markets. We call ourselves "Fhala" because many of us deal with fruit, but we handle all sorts of agricultural produce that comes from our members' fields. It’s not a shiny corporate office with a receptionist. It’s more of a place where we sit down with a cup of tea and figure out the schedule for the week. We have some members who have been farming for forty years and some younger ones just starting out. We try to share what we know about the soil and the pests. The roads can be a bit crowded around Road No 2, but it’s a good location for getting things moved. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. We just focus on the harvest and making sure everyone in the group is getting their crops looked after. It’s a straightforward way of doing business that fits our lives. We’ve lived in this part of Andhra Pradesh for a long time, and this company is just an extension of our community. We hope to stay useful for years.
