Narasimha Fish Farms Private Limited is located at # 27-17-55/206 on Canal Road in A S R Nagar. Being in West Godavari, we are surrounded by a lot of water and farming, so we fit right in. Our work is mostly about managing the fish and making sure the ponds are doing okay. The office on Canal Road is where we handle all the boring stuff like bills and permits. It’s a regular room with a couple of chairs and a lot of logbooks. We don't spend much time sitting down, though. Most of the day is spent out at the sites. The road outside can get pretty dusty with all the trucks passing by, but that’s just life in A S R Nagar. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look or big advertisements. Most people who buy from us have known us for years. It’s a hands-on job and you often end up with mud on your boots. We’ve got a small group of workers who have been with us for a while. It’s a local business through and through. We grow the fish, handle the harvest, and make sure they get to the markets. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping an eye on the weather. We just try to do an honest job every day and keep the farm running like it should. It is a steady cycle that keeps us busy throughout the year.
