Bhimadole Farmers Producer Companylimited is based out of Polasanipalli in the Bhimadole Mandal. Our address is 3-37, which is a spot most of the locals can point you toward. We are right in the West Godavari district, an area where everyone seems to be involved in farming one way or another. Our company is really just a collection of us farmers who thought we could do better if we joined up. The office is a very plain place. We have some desks and chairs where we sit and argue about the best time to plant or how to handle the latest pests. It is not a polished environment at all. There is usually dust on everything and the sound of tractors passing by outside. We don't have any staff to answer the phones, so if we are busy, the phone just rings. We spend most of our daylight hours in the fields, only coming to the office when there is paperwork that absolutely has to be finished. It is a tough way to make a living, but it is what our families have done for generations. We don't use any fancy technology, just the tools we have and our own experience. We are just trying to get a fair price for what we grow and keep the farms running for another year. It is as simple as that.
