You can find us in Kaikalur, specifically over in Syamalambapuram. We operate out of a space that is care of Bachu Sambasiva Rao at number 37. It is a more rural setting compared to the big cities, which suits us just fine. Being a farmer producer company means we are always connected to the land around here. Most of us grew up seeing these fields every day. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our records and meet with the farmers. Kaikalur has its own pace, a bit slower but still steady. We spend a lot of time talking about crops and seasons. There is a lot of back and forth with the members of the company. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit messy, but people still make it over to see us. We don't use any complicated systems, just plain talk and honest work. It's often quiet in the afternoons when everyone is out in the fields. We might be sitting around a table with some tea, just going over the numbers for the week. There’s no big marketing team here. It’s just a few people who know the area and the people in it. We have been working from this spot for a while now and it feels like home. The walls are a bit plain and the furniture has seen better days, but it works for what we need.
