Madora Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our place is at 7-304/2 in the Banginapalli Thota area of Nuzvid. If you know Nuzvid, you know it's famous for its fruit. Madora Farmer Producer Company Limited was started by a group of us who have orchards around here. We have been working these trees for as long as I can remember. The name of the street even tells you what we do every day. It’s a lot of work keeping the trees healthy and making sure the fruit is good every year. We finally decided to get together as a producer company so we could help each other with the transport and the selling part of things. It gets really busy around here during the harvest season. The office is just a simple room where we keep track of who brought in what. We don't have any fancy equipment or a polished front desk. It is just us and our notebooks. Sometimes the water is scarce and we have to figure out how to share what we have. It’s a community thing more than a big business. We all know each other's families and we look out for one another. That is just how we do things in the Krishna district. We aren't looking to change the world, just to keep our farms going for the next generation. It is what we have always done and what we know best.
