We are situated in Lakshmi Nagar, right behind the Nathu Sweet Shop which is a local landmark everyone knows. The office is in Raj Niwas, 3A, over in the Vijay Block. It’s a lively area, maybe even a bit too loud sometimes with the market so close. Being in Lakshmi Nagar means there is always a crowd and plenty of energy. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a few rooms where we manage the business. Since it’s a name people recognize, they expect something grand, but we’re just regular folks working in a regular office. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful. We like being near the sweet shop because the smell of snacks is always in the air, even if it makes us hungry before lunchtime. We don’t go for any of that polished business talk. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to find other things to do while it resets. It’s just how it goes. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time and the locals know us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s needed to keep things running. It's a noisy neighborhood, but it keeps us on our toes.
