R. J. Cuisine Ltd.

We’ve been setting up shop here at A-35, Guru Ramdas Nagar for a while now. Laxmi Nagar is a busy place, and it honestly gets quite loud outside with all the traffic and people moving about. We are R. J. Cuisine Ltd., and we mostly just focus on getting the food right every day. It’s not a huge operation with fancy suits or anything like that. It’s more about the kitchen and making sure everything is prepared the way it should be. Some mornings are a bit of a scramble when the supplies come in late, but we manage to get through it. Delhi has a lot of food businesses, so we just try to do our own thing without too much fuss. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the desk in the corner is always piled with papers, but that’s just how it is when you’re working hard. We don't really have a big corporate story to tell. We started because we liked cooking and it turned into this business. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood thing. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just keep going. It’s a practical way to earn a living and we’re glad to be here in this part of town. We just want to keep things simple and honest for everyone who comes by. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to stay busy and keep the kitchen running.
