Royal Lajwaab

Our place, Royal Lajwaab, is at G-64 in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. This area is always crowded and full of life, which is perfect for what we do. We handle food and services here, and the kitchen is usually the heart of the operation. You can smell the spices from the street sometimes. It’s not a fancy five-star setup, just a local spot where we get things done. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Laxmi Nagar is a maze of streets, but G-64 is a familiar spot for those who live nearby. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a while. We don't talk about "culinary excellence" or anything like that. We just cook the food the way we know how and hope people like it. There is always a lot of noise, from the pans clanking to the delivery bikes outside. In the evenings, it gets even busier and we are all on our feet. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people walking by and seeing what we have. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it’s our life. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next order. It's a real Delhi business through and through.
