Eating Plaza

Eating Plaza is located at Rc-70 in Prakash Nagar, which is right by Khora Colony and near Mayur Vihar Phase-III. It’s a lively spot in Delhi where people are always on the move. We’ve been here for a good bit, serving food to whoever walks through the door. The kitchen is almost always busy, and you can usually smell whatever we’re cooking from a few houses away. It’s not a fancy restaurant with white tablecloths or anything like that. We have some sturdy tables and chairs and a menu that focuses on stuff people actually want to eat every day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we spend more time worrying about the ingredients and the stove than the decor. In the evenings, the place gets quite full with people coming back from work. We know a lot of our regulars by name and what they usually order. It gets loud sometimes, especially when the fans are on high and everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it is here. We start prep work early in the morning, chopping vegetables and getting the spices ready. By the time we close up at night, we’re usually pretty tired, but it’s a good kind of tired. We just try to keep the food decent and the prices fair so people keep coming back. It’s a simple neighborhood joint, and we like it that way.
