Hippie Bus Worlds Street Food

You can find Hippie Bus Worlds Street Food over at Shop 2 in the Chetan Complex. We are right in the Central Market area of Surajmal Vihar, near Anand Vihar. It’s a small shop, more of a spot where you grab your food and eat it standing up or sitting on a bench outside. We wanted to bring different kinds of street food together in one place because that’s what we like to eat. Delhi has so many flavors, and we try to do a bit of everything without making it too complicated. The name sounds a bit different, but we’re just regular people who enjoy cooking. It gets really busy in the evenings when the younger crowd from the nearby colonies comes out to hang out. There is usually some music playing and a lot of talking. We don't have a big fancy kitchen, just enough space to prep the snacks and serve them through the window. It can get a bit messy when we’re busy, with napkins and plates everywhere, but we try to keep it tidy. We chose this spot in Anand Vihar because it’s always moving. We don't use any secret recipes or anything like that, just stuff that tastes good and fills you up. It’s a fun little place to work, even if it gets cramped sometimes. We’re just happy to be part of the local market scene here in Delhi.
