Delhi Public School

Being located in the Risali Sector of Bhilai, our school is a pretty big landmark for the people living nearby. Delhi Public School has been around here for quite a while, and the campus at Risali is usually a hive of activity from early morning until late afternoon. You’ll see the yellow buses lining up and kids running around in their uniforms. Bhilai is an industrial kind of place, and our corner of it feels like a little world of its own. The hallways are long and can get quite warm in the summer months, but we have fans going to keep the air moving. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There’s always someone talking, a teacher giving a lecture, or a sports match happening out on the field. We have a lot of rooms to keep track of and the maintenance crew stays busy fixing things up. We don't go in for anything too fancy; we make sure the desks are ready and the blackboards are clean for the next day. The staff rooms are usually full of notebooks and tea cups. It's a regular, working school where the focus remains on getting through the syllabus and making sure the kids are where they need to be each morning.
