S.R.N. Poultry Farms Private Limited

Located near the Kmg Rice Mill on Neruji Road, our place has been around for a bit. It’s right across from that old doctor's office, number 129, though the new number is 185 on the New Dharapuram Road. Being in the Palani-Dindigul area means we deal with a lot of local folks. We spend most of our days out in the sheds. There is always something to do with the birds, whether it is checking the feed or making sure the water lines are clear. It gets hot here, so keeping the temperature right is a big part of the job. It isn't fancy work. You get dirt on your boots and the smell of the farm stays with you even after you head home. We’ve got a small team. Most of us grew up around here and know the land pretty well. Sometimes the logistics of getting things moved on the road can be a headache, especially with traffic near the mill. We just focus on getting the daily chores done and making sure everything runs like it should. It’s a quiet spot, mostly. If you are coming from Palani, you just look for the landmarks. We don’t have a big sign or anything, but people know where we are. Dealing with poultry means there are no days off, really. The morning starts early before the sun is even fully up. We just keep at it, day after day.
