Pathma Exports

Pathma Exports is located at No. 110/K on Manjikara Street, over in the East Govinthapuram area. If you know the neighborhood, you know that Manjikara Street can be quite a handful when it comes to space, but we’ve made our home here regardless. We spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork and boxes, since that is the nature of the export business. There is always someone coming or going with a delivery, and the sound of tape dispensers is pretty much the background music of our office. The street itself is an old part of town, so it has that classic feel where everyone is working right on top of each other. We don't have a big sign or a flashy front, just a regular door that leads into our workspace. It gets quite busy during the shipping seasons, and you’ll often see stacks of crates waiting to be moved out to the main road. The weather here can be a bit damp sometimes, so we have to be careful about how we store everything to keep it dry. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a rhythm that doesn't need much explaining. It’s a practical environment where the focus is just on getting the goods out the door on time. We usually close up once the sun goes down and the street gets a little quieter for the night. Since we are on Manjikara Street in East Govinthapuram, we see the same faces every day.
