We've been around Oddanchatram for a bit now. We're based at 514/1 Thottathusalai. It's a group of us farmers working together. Most days we are out in the fields or at the office in Tapattyoddanchatram. It's not a big fancy setup. Just us trying to manage the agro stuff better. People around here know the spot. Sometimes it gets busy during harvest. We try to keep things moving. It’s hard work, you know? Dealing with crops and the weather. We started Oddanchatram Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited to see if we could do things differently by helping each other out. There’s a lot to do every day. Paperwork isn't our favorite part but we get it done. The office is easy to find if you're coming through Tapattyoddanchatram. We mostly talk about seeds, rain, and prices. It’s just how it goes here. We aren't trying to be some big corporation. We’re just local people from Thottathusalai. Sometimes the phone rings too much, other times it's quiet. If you stop by, you'll see we are just regular folks. We've got our routine. It works for us. Living and working here means we see the same faces every day. That’s the nice thing about being in a place like this. We just keep at it, day by day. It’s nothing more than a bunch of neighbors trying to make the farm work go a little smoother for everyone involved.
