NYPFC New York Pizza & Fried Chicken

You can find us at Shop No 335 on the first floor of the City Centre mall. Being up here on Luby Circular Road in Hirapur means we get a lot of people walking by after they finish their shopping. We decided to open NYPFC because we liked the idea of serving pizza and fried chicken to the Dhanbad crowd. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, especially when the ovens are going full blast and the fryers are bubbling. Most of the time, we are just busy flouring chicken or stretching out dough. It’s a small shop, so things can get a bit cramped when it's dinner time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it's just a few of us wearing aprons and trying to get the orders out fast. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting in a line and we have to hustle. We chose this spot in 826001 because it’s central. The mall can be a bit noisy on weekends, but we’re used to it. We try to keep the counters wiped down and the soda machine filled. It’s hard work and our hands usually smell like spices by the end of the shift. We aren't trying to be some five-star place. We just want to make sure the crust is crispy and the chicken is cooked through. If you're wandering around Hirapur, you’ll see our sign. Our address is right there in the City Centre mall.
