Aroti Restaurant

Our restaurant is located in Hirapur, right in the Park Market area of Dhanbad. It’s a busy part of town where people come to shop and do their business. We’ve been here for quite a few years now. The market is always crowded, so we see a lot of people walking by our door every day. We have a few tables inside. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work. Most of our customers are locals who work in the nearby shops or live around Hirapur. We don't have a fancy interior or anything like that. It’s just a simple place to eat. We open up in the morning and stay late into the evening. Dhanbad can be quite hot, so we try to keep the place as cool as we can with the fans. We don't really spend money on ads. Word of mouth is how people find us. My wife helps me in the kitchen, and we have one person to help with the tables. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to it. The Park Market area has everything, so people stop here while they are running errands. We just serve the food we know how to make. Nothing complicated. It is just a regular life for us here in Dhanbad. We see the same faces every week. We just keep the place running the way we always have for years. It’s a steady job and it keeps us busy from morning to night.
