TANDOOR PLAZA

Down here on the Main Road in Patherdih, you'll find TANDOOR PLAZA. We are right near Mohan Bazar, so it's a pretty busy spot most days. Dhanbad gets dusty, and we're constantly wiping down the tables. It’s not a massive place, despite the name saying plaza. It’s just a regular eatery where we try to keep the tandoor going all day. Sometimes the charcoal delivery is late, and we have to scramble, but we manage. My family helps out with the service. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in town. We just want to serve food that tastes okay and fills you up. The traffic outside can be a bit much during peak hours. You might have to wait a minute for a seat if it's a Friday night. We've been at this address for a good number of years now. Most of our regulars are from around the neighborhood or people passing through to the bazar. We don't do anything special for birthdays or anything, just standard meals. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near Mohan Bazar. It’s a straightforward setup. We do our own cleaning and shopping for ingredients every morning. Nothing too fancy, just honest work. We hope the food is good enough that you come back again next week. That’s really all there is to it. We keep things moving as best as we can.
