Bawarchi Resturant is on City Style Road in Dhanbad. If you know where the City Style shop is, you can find us pretty easily. Dhanbad is a dusty town because of all the mining nearby, so we are always wiping down the tables and the counters. It’s a constant battle to keep everything clean. Our restaurant is a simple room with some lights and a kitchen out back. We have been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the road outside get paved and repaved over the years. We don't have a fancy menu with photos or anything. It's just a list of what we have that day. The guys in the kitchen have a system that works, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. We use big metal pots and a lot of fire. The noise of the street comes right through the front door. We get a lot of office workers during the day and then families when the sun goes down. We don't do any big promotions or give out coupons. People come here because they know the food is consistent. We just try to make enough for everyone and hope the electricity doesn't go out, which happens sometimes. It’s a plain, honest place to eat. We don't put on any acts. We just open the shutters in the morning and close them late at night. That's the life of a small business owner in Dhanbad and it keeps us busy enough.
