Pentagon Biryani

You can find us in Chiragora, over in the Hirapur area of Dhanbad. We are situated pretty close to the C O Office, so a lot of the folks working there come by for their lunch break. We specialize in biryani, and we make a whole lot of it every single day. The big pots are always on the fire early in the morning before the sun is even up. It’s a simple setup we have here. We have some tables and chairs, and it’s usually pretty busy around the noon hour. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls or any of that fancy stuff. People come here to eat a good meal, not to look at the wallpaper or the lights. We try to make sure the rice is fluffy and the meat is cooked through every single time it leaves the kitchen. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, and the dust from the road is a constant battle for us, but we keep the place as clean as we can. It’s a local business, and we know most of our regular customers by their first names. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us what to do. Word of mouth is how most people find out about our food. We just stick to our cooking and try to do a good job for the neighborhood. If you want biryani, come see us.
