LA- PIAZZA RESTAURANT

If you’re driving down the main road in Hirapur, you’ll find us right across from the DGMS office. Dhanbad is a busy, industrial kind of place, and it can get pretty dusty with all the traffic and coal trucks moving around. Our restaurant, LA- PIAZZA, is our little corner away from all that noise. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The building isn't brand new, and you can tell by looking at the floor tiles, but we keep it as clean as we can. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see one of my kids doing homework at a back table in the evening. We don't have a fancy marketing team or a website that looks like a magazine. We just put a sign out front and hope people like what we’re doing. Sometimes we have a bad day where the supplier doesn't show up on time, and we have to improvise, but that’s just part of the job. Most of our regulars come from the nearby offices or the local college. They know we’re not a five-star hotel, but they also know we’ll treat them right. We just try to make the place feel welcoming, like you’re sitting in someone’s dining room rather than a cold, corporate space. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like being part of the Hirapur community.
