World Link 1

World Link 1 is a small operation located at number 7 on Birbal Road in Jangpura Extension. This is a bit of a quieter area compared to the main markets, which I actually prefer. The street has some nice trees and it feels more like a residential neighborhood than a business district. Our place at number 7 is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, as we don't have any massive neon signs or anything like that. Inside, it is just a simple office setup with a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time on the computers and the phone. The morning starts with a cup of tea and checking the messages that came in overnight. Jangpura Extension is a nice place to work because it doesn't feel as frantic as the rest of Delhi. Sometimes we walk down the road to get some snacks in the afternoon. The shop is functional and clean, but it's definitely lived-in. There are stacks of boxes in the corner and a clock on the wall that is always five minutes fast. We don't try to act like a big corporation. We are just a few people running World Link 1 and trying to do a decent job every day. It is a steady routine that keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down.
