World Communication Care

World Communication Care is based in Karol Bagh at 15A/28 WA-Chana Market. It’s a small place but we manage to fit a lot of things inside. We mainly look at phones and fix whatever is broken. People come in with all sorts of problems like screens that won't turn on or batteries that are stuck. Chana Market is a very crowded spot and there is always a lot of noise from the other shops and the people walking by. We have a small workbench in the back where we do the repairs. It has a bright lamp and lots of tiny screwdrivers. Sometimes it is hard to find the right part for an old phone but we try our best to look for it. We have some glass counters where we keep covers and chargers for sale. It’s not a very fancy setup but it works for us. We’ve been at this address for a few years and we know most of the other shop owners around here. We usually eat our lunch at the counter because there isn't really a separate space for it. The fan overhead makes a lot of clicking noise but we have gotten used to it over time. Working in Karol Bagh means you meet a lot of different people every day. Some are in a big hurry and others want to sit and talk for a while. We just take it as it comes. It's a busy life.
