Wordwide is situated in the middle of China Market in Karol Bagh. The specific address is 16/24. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how crowded it gets with shoppers and vendors. China Market is especially packed with all sorts of things. Our shop at 16/24 is quite small for the amount of stuff we try to fit inside. We deal in different imported goods that come through this area. It’s a lot of moving boxes and shouting over the noise of the street. Sometimes it feels like there is no space to even turn around. The stairs leading up to our section are narrow and steep. We’ve been at 16/24 for several years now. Karol Bagh has a way of being exhausting and exciting at the same time. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or advertisements. People just walk in from the street or hear about us from other shopkeepers. The lighting in the shop is a bit dim, but we know where everything is kept. Wordwide is just a simple operation run by a few of us. We have a lot of regular customers who stop by just to see what new items have arrived. It’s a messy business sometimes, with cardboard scraps everywhere. We just try to keep things moving and get the work done before it’s time to close up the shutters. It is just us working in the market.
