Sector 25 is a fairly quiet area compared to some other parts of Noida, which is good for us when we need to focus on our tasks. Our office is a simple building, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, it’s just a lot of people working on entertainment projects. We have piles of papers, some old equipment tucked in corners, and a lot of coffee cups lying around. It’s a real working environment, not some staged photo for a magazine. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow around us. We don't really go for the whole corporate polish. We’d rather just talk to people plainly and get the work done. The 201301 area is where we spend most of our waking hours. Sometimes the power goes out or the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but that’s just part of the daily routine. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up every morning and try to handle the entertainment business as best as we can. It’s a lot of phone calls, a lot of planning, and a lot of making sure things happen when they’re supposed to. That’s just how we do things here, without any fancy titles or complicated rules getting in the way.
