Euro Caterers

My brother and I run this place over on Uttam Nagar Gurudwara Road. It's D 218 in Mohan Garden. We have been doing this catering thing for a long time now. It isn't a huge fancy office, just a workspace where we get the cooking done. Most days, it is quite loud in here because we are prepping for big parties or local weddings around the neighborhood. We handle the big degs, the spices, and the serving staff. People around here know us because we don't move around much. The Gurudwara is right there, so there's always activity. Sometimes the traffic on the road makes it hard to get the vans out on time, but we manage. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making food that people want to eat at their events. The kitchen gets hot in the summer, especially when all the burners are going at once. We buy our vegetables fresh every morning from the local mandi nearby. It's a lot of physical work, lifting heavy pots and making sure the salt is just right. We have a few regular helpers who have been with us for years. They know the routine as well as I do. We just focus on getting the job done so the client doesn't have to worry about the kitchen part of their function. It’s just how we make our living here in Mohan Garden.
