Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, we definitely don't mind when the Delhi heat gets bad. It’s a modest setup, nothing too flashy. We have our desks and the equipment spread out where they fit. The complex itself is always humming with some kind of activity, so there is never a dull moment. You have to watch your step coming down, and the lighting isn't always the brightest, but it works for what we do. We’ve grown used to the sound of footsteps on the floor above us. It’s just part of the atmosphere here in Pandav Nagar. We spend most of our time dealing with telecom stuff, keeping things organized and making sure everything is connected. It’s a lot of manual work and checking wires. We aren't big on meetings or anything corporate like that. Usually, we are just busy with the tasks at hand. Most of our neighbors are small businesses too, so everyone kind of looks out for each other. It’s a practical location for us, even if it’s a bit tucked away. We’ve been in this basement for a while now and it feels like home to the team. It can get a bit damp when it rains heavily, but we manage just fine with some fans. We just try to keep everything dry and the work moving.
