You can find us over in Karol Bagh III, right on 60 Foota Road at 2188-B. It's a busy part of the city and there's always something happening right outside our door. We deal with phones and all the stuff that goes with them. People come to us when they need a new SIM card or if their phone screen is acting up again. The shop isn't very large, so we have to use every bit of shelf space we have. There are stacks of boxes and chargers everywhere you look. Sometimes the 60 Foota Road gets so packed with traffic that it’s hard to even hear people talking inside. We’ve been here long enough that we know the rhythms of the street. It’s a lot of manual work, checking connections and testing out batteries. We don’t have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. People just stand by the counter while we look at their devices. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We spend a lot of time on the phone ourselves, talking to suppliers or checking when parts will arrive. Karol Bagh has a lot of shops, but we just focus on our little corner. It’s about getting through the daily list of repairs and sales. Some days are slow, others we can barely find time to eat lunch. That’s just how it goes for a small business like ours on this road.
