Virender Telecom Service is located at 16 Phase 3 in the Okhla Industrial Estate. This area is full of factories and warehouses, and we fit right in with our industrial-looking space. We deal with telecom equipment and services, which means lots of wires, routers, and testing tools are scattered across our benches. The walls are lined with components and old hardware that we keep just in case someone needs a rare part. It is not the kind of place where you come to browse; it is where you come when you have a technical problem that needs solving. The noise of the industrial estate is always in the background, with trucks idling and machines humming nearby. We spend our mornings checking the service requests and getting our kits ready for the day. Sometimes the work takes us out of the shop, but usually, we are here in Okhla soldering something or testing a connection. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting lounge, just a few stools and a lot of technical gear. The lighting is a bit harsh and the floor is concrete, but it works for what we do. We’ve been at Phase 3 for quite some time now and we know the ins and outs of the telecom world. It is busy, often a bit dusty, but we keep the systems running and that is enough for us.
