Vidya Communication

Vidya Communication is located on Govindpuri Main Road, at 1661/15. Being on the main road means there is never a dull moment because the traffic is constant and people are always walking past the shop. We deal with everything related to phones, from selling new ones to fixing the ones that people have had for years. The shop is small, but we try to keep it organized with all the different recharge vouchers and accessories on display. A lot of our day is spent helping people choose a phone that fits their budget or explaining why their screen protector has bubbles in it. It gets quite hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop, but we just keep the fan going and carry on. We get a lot of students and office workers who live in Govindpuri stopping by on their way home. Sometimes the shop feels like a community hub because people stop in just to chat while they wait for their phone to be fixed. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way. It is just a simple, local business where we try to be helpful to anyone who walks in off the busy street. We have been here long enough to see the neighborhood change, but the phones keep coming in.
