Vibgyor Telecom

Our shop is located right in D 5, Rana Pratap Bagh. It is a busy little corner of the world. Vibgyor Telecom has been part of this street for a while. We spend our days dealing with wires, batteries, and the occasional frustrated customer whose phone won't turn on. The shelves are full of different boxes and accessories that we try to keep in some kind of order. It doesn’t always stay neat when we are busy. We usually have the radio playing in the background to pass the time. Most of the people who come in live just a few houses away. They stop by to ask questions about new data plans or to get a new screen protector put on. We do our best to get things done quickly, but some repairs take more time than others. If a part isn't in stock, we tell them to come back tomorrow. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just this one room with a couple of chairs for people to wait. Sometimes we get a bit of a crowd in the evenings. It is just a local business trying to stay helpful in the neighborhood. We know most of our customers by name by now. It feels good to be a familiar face on the block. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to fix phones and sell chargers.
