We’ve been running this small shop for quite a while, focusing on all the usual phone stuff. From fixing cracked screens to helping someone figure out why their data isn't working, it’s a constant flow of small tasks. We don't have a lot of space, just enough for the counter and a few chairs. The walls are covered with posters for different mobile networks and cases for various phone models. It’s a very local feel here. We know the people from the neighboring houses and they often stop by just to chat or ask a quick question. It’s not a high-end boutique. It’s a place where there are always a few tools lying around and maybe some half-finished repairs on the back shelf. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but we have our desk lamps for the detailed work. Working in Sagarpur West means dealing with the daily hustle of the neighborhood. We stay open late most nights because that's when most workers come home and realize their phone needs a recharge or a fix.
