Vatika Group

Our office is on the second floor of L-15 in Lajpat Nagar. If you know Delhi, you know how busy Lajpat Nagar Second is. It is a mix of houses and small businesses everywhere. Vatika Group has this space here and it is mostly where we handle the property stuff and the admin work. It is not a huge headquarters or anything, just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for places. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep and the building has that old Delhi charm, which basically means it is a bit cramped but functional. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites, so the office is often just a place to catch up on notes. Being in Lajpat Nagar means there is always good food nearby, which is probably the best part of working here. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It is just a door with our name on it. We deal with land and buildings, but our own office is pretty humble. We just try to keep things organized and make sure we don't lose any of the important papers. It is a practical setup for a practical business. We’ve been here a while and the locals know us.
