Vaishno Telecom

Vaishno Telecom is situated at 13575 in Karol Bagh. Being in a place like Karol Bagh means there is never a quiet moment. There are always people rushing around, cars honking, and the sound of the market life. Our shop is a small part of that huge ecosystem. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls are covered with posters for different mobile networks that have started to peel at the edges. I keep a small toolkit under the main counter for when people bring in phones that won't turn on. The floor is made of old grey tiles that stay cool even when it's roasting outside. I usually bring a thermos of tea from home because the market tea is too sugary for me. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know how to handle the daily rush. The shelves are packed with chargers, earphones, and cables that I try to keep in some sort of order, though by the end of the day, it's usually a bit of a mess. People come in here for all sorts of things, and we just do our best to help them out without making a big deal of it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of shop. We don’t have air conditioning, just a big ceiling fan that hums loudly, but it does the job. This spot at 13575 has seen many changes in the market over the years.
