Vaibhav Telecom

The shop is right here in B- Block Market in Dilshad Garden, specifically at B-4. Most people around here know where that is. We've been at Vaibhav Telecom for a good while now. It’s mostly just us dealing with phone recharges, selling some basic accessories, and helping folks when their screens crack or the battery stops holding a charge. It gets busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when three or four people are waiting at once, but we manage. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the usual stuff you expect from a local mobile shop. If the internet is down, we can't do much for recharges, but we try to keep things moving. The weather gets hot in this part of the market, so we have a small fan going most of the time. We know a lot of the neighbors by name since they’ve been coming here for years. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a regular place where you can get your phone sorted without much fuss. We open up mid-morning and stay until fairly late most nights. Sometimes we run out of a specific cable or cover, but we usually get new stock in a few days. It's just a simple business running day to day. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to fix things and sell what's needed for mobile phones. That is pretty much how we operate.
