V Zone Communication

V Zone Communication is our little shop located in Rohini Sector 11 at D-1/125. We spend most of our time in a space that’s barely bigger than a small bedroom. It’s mostly just counters and glass cases filled with mobile covers and screen guards. If you come by, you’ll probably see me hunched over a workbench with a tiny screwdriver, trying to fix a charging port or a cracked screen. It’s tedious work that makes your eyes tired after a few hours. The street outside in Sector 11 is always full of people, especially since there are a lot of residential blocks nearby. We get a lot of kids coming in asking for the latest cheap headphones or asking why their phone is running slow. I try to explain it to them, but sometimes they just want a quick fix. We also handle recharges and bill payments, which means the phone on the desk is constantly ringing or pinging with notifications. There isn't much room to move around behind the counter, especially when we have a lot of boxes delivered. The fan on the ceiling makes a clicking noise that I’ve stopped noticing. We don't have a big team or fancy marketing, just a small board outside with the name on it. It’s just a place to get your phone sorted out and maybe have a quick chat while you wait. We stay open pretty late because that's when most people are free.
