V Square Tents & Themes

We are located at 21 Defence Colony. V Square Tents & Themes is what we call ourselves, and we basically handle the physical setup for various events. It is a lot of heavy lifting, carrying poles, and dealing with big sheets of fabric. Our office is where we plan things out, but most of our time is spent out at different sites actually setting things up. We do not have a shiny showroom with models or anything like that. We mostly have photos of what we have done before and a lot of fabric swatches lying around the tables. It can get pretty chaotic when the wedding season starts around here. We are constantly loading and unloading trucks at all hours. Sometimes a tent gets a tear or a theme does not look quite right in the actual light, so we have to fix it right there on the spot. It is not a glamorous job, even if the end result looks nice for the parties. We have been doing this for a bit now, and we have learned that things rarely go perfectly according to the original plan. We just adapt as we go. We are not some big event planning firm from a magazine. We are just local folks who know how to put up a sturdy tent and make a space look decent for a gathering. It is hard work, but we get it done.
