We’ve been here at Tilak Nagar 24/84 for a while now. The shop isn’t huge, but it gets the job done when people bring in their computers or need some help with their internet setups. Most mornings start with a bit of a rush when the nearby shops open up. Tilak Nagar is always loud and there’s always something going on outside our door. It’s mostly just two or three of us here making sure things run right. Sometimes the tea guy comes by twice before we even get a chance to sit down. We handle a lot of different tech stuff, mostly fixing what’s broken or setting up new systems for folks in the neighborhood. It’s not fancy work, just honest labor. People know where we are if they have a problem with their hardware. The building is a bit old, and the stairs can be a pain if you’re carrying a heavy desktop, but we manage. You get used to the noise of the traffic after a few months. We don’t really do much advertising because everyone around here just walks in when they see the sign. It’s been a steady few years. We keep some parts in stock, though sometimes we have to wait a day for a delivery if it’s something special. That’s just how it goes. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the work in front of us. It's a living.
