Our workshop is tucked away in Rajendra Nagar, Sector 2, in Sahibabad. The office number is 6/158, but most people just find us by asking around the local market. It’s a small room filled with screwdrivers, magnifying glasses, and a lot of broken screens. Fixing phones is what we do all day long. Usually, people come in looking quite worried because they dropped their mobile or spilled water on it. We don't promise miracles, but we take the phones apart and see what can be done. The desk is always a bit of a mess with tiny screws and spare parts from older models we keep for parts. Sahibabad can be a busy place, and we get people from all over Rajendra Nagar bringing in all sorts of brands. Some are easy to fix in twenty minutes, others take a few days if we have to wait for a part to arrive from the city. We have a couple of plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and an old radio that stays on in the background. It is a quiet kind of work that requires a lot of patience and steady hands. We don't do much advertising; most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors that we managed to save their old phone. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till the evening lights come on. We try to be fair about the prices for everyone.
