Times Of India Group(Enil-Radio Mirchi)

This spot at 38, Shyam Nagar in Okhla Phase 2 is where we spend most of our time. Being part of the Times Of India Group and specifically handling the Radio Mirchi side means it’s rarely quiet around here. New Delhi is always loud anyway, but Okhla is its own kind of busy. The office isn't anything like what you see in movies. It’s just a place with desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of people talking. We come in, do what needs doing, and try to get home before the traffic gets really bad. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things stay on track. Sometimes the AC isn't cold enough during the summer months, which makes the afternoons drag a bit. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a functional space for a group of people who know their way around the local area. Most of the staff knows the best spots to grab a quick snack nearby. It feels like a regular workplace where everyone just gets on with it. We’ve been in this New Delhi location for a good stretch now. It’s not perfect, but it’s our base. There’s always someone running late or a printer jamming when you’re in a hurry, but we manage to keep the wheels turning day after day without too much trouble.
