Thukral Communication

Thukral Communication is located at A-18 on Swaran Singh Road here in Adarsh Nagar. It’s a decent sized spot, though it feels small when three or four people are inside at once. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We deal with mobile phones and all the stuff that goes with them. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors who need their talk time topped up or have a question about a new data plan. The road outside can get pretty jammed up in the afternoons. Sometimes we just sit and watch the rickshaws go by when it's quiet. We don't use any big fancy machines, just standard tools for what we do. Our sign is visible from the street if you're looking for us. We aren't part of any big chain, just a local place where we try to get things done without making a fuss. The shop floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, but with people coming in and out all day, there’s always a bit of dirt. We sell some basic handsets too. If someone asks for something we don’t have, we usually tell them where they might find it. It's just a way to make a living and be part of the community here. The shop stays open on most days except for holidays when we take a break. It's a straightforward business.
