The Design Comrades

The Design Comrades is located right on the ground floor of Solanki Plaza, which is at 129/2 in Gurgaon. Being on the ground floor makes it a lot easier because nobody has to mess around with stairs or waiting for a slow elevator that never seems to come. We are quite close to the Sector 9 petrol pump, which is probably the best way to find us if you are driving around looking for the place. Gurgaon traffic can be a real headache, but once you get into this little pocket near the pump, it’s not too bad. The office isn't massive, but it’s enough for what we do every day. We spend a lot of time here just working through things. It’s a bit of a plain building, Solanki Plaza, but it’s sturdy and keeps the sun out during those really hot Haryana summers. Sometimes the noise from the petrol pump and the main road gets a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a few desks and chairs and our equipment set up. People sometimes wander in thinking we are something else because of the name, but we just explain what we do. It’s a very local feel here. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. It’s just us. The area code is 122002 if you are looking it up on a map or trying to find the plaza.
