The Buffet Factory

The Buffet Factory is located in Indirapuram, specifically at Gaur Valerio. We have got shops 4 and 5, right across from the DPS school. It is a pretty busy area, especially during the lunch hour when the school crowd and office workers are out. We set this place up because we liked the idea of a spot where people could eat a lot without it costing a fortune. The layout is pretty straightforward. We have the big food warmers lined up along the wall and tables packed in wherever they fit. Sometimes it gets a little cramped on Friday nights, but people do not seem to mind much once they start eating. We do a mix of veg and non-veg dishes. The menu changes based on what we can get fresh that day at the market. It is not some high-end fine dining experience. It is more of a place where you bring your family or a bunch of friends from work. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure the food stays hot and ready. It is a lot of work running a buffet, constantly refilling trays and cleaning up spills. We are right there in Ahinsa Khand II, so locals usually know where we are. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the DPS school and we are right opposite. The parking can be a bit of a headache during peak times.
