Thakur Communication

Thakur Communication is just a small shop located at 1720 Bhagwan Gali in Kotla Mubarakpur. It is one of those narrow lanes where everyone knows each other, and there is always someone walking by. We spend our days mostly looking at mobile screens, fixing buttons, or helping people get their SIM cards working. It’s not a large space, just enough for a counter and some shelves filled with chargers, cables, and phone cases that we’ve piled up over the months. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit by the door to get some light for the delicate repair work. People from the neighborhood come in for a quick recharge or just to ask why their internet is running slow today. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the tools and talk to the customers. The street outside is always noisy with bikes and people shouting, but inside we just focus on the job at hand. We see all kinds of phones, from the old basic ones to the newer ones with cracked screens that need replacing. It’s a simple business but it keeps us very busy from morning until late at night when we finally pull down the shutter. We like being part of the local market here in Kotla Mubarakpur because there is never a dull moment.
