Tele Soft Telecom

Tele Soft Telecom is based out of Shalimar Bagh, but we also do a lot of our work around the Badarpur area. It feels like I spend half my life sitting in traffic moving between these two places. Our office is a bit of a mess if I’m being honest. There are coils of wire, old telephone handsets, and various computer parts scattered all over the place. We’ve been helping people with their communication setups for a long time. It’s mostly small offices and shops that call us when their lines go down or they need to move their equipment to a new building. There are only a few of us on the team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phones to climbing up on ladders. I don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just fix things that are broken and try to make the technology work for people who aren't very tech-savvy. The office has a small stove where we make coffee, and that’s usually where we sit and plan the day’s route. Shalimar Bagh is a nice enough area, but it gets very crowded in the afternoons. We don't have a big storefront since most of our work happens at the customer’s location. It’s a bit disorganized at times, but we always manage to get the job done eventually. Most of our customers find us by word of mouth.
