Tej Bandhu Group

We are the Tej Bandhu Group, and our home base is in the DDA Flats at Kalkaji in New Delhi. Our specific address is J-3, 261. Kalkaji is a really lively area with a lot of people and shops, so there is always something happening right outside our door. The 110019 area is where we have been for a while now. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a standard flat that we have converted into a workspace. It makes the whole environment feel a bit more relaxed than a cold, modern office building. We deal with various business activities under the group name, which means our desks are often covered in different types of folders and notes. We have our tea together in the afternoon and talk about what needs to be done. It’s a very human way of working. We don't really have a mission statement or any of those corporate slogans. We just try to do our jobs and be honest with the people we interact with. Being in a DDA flat means we are right in the middle of the community, which we actually quite like. It’s a practical setup for us. We have enough room for our computers and files, and that is really all we need. It’s just a group of us working hard every day in our little corner of Kalkaji.
